1 Refund Eligibility

Nexaflow Flow offers refunds under specific circumstances to ensure fairness for all participants. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to providing valuable investment education while maintaining program integrity.

Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 25% of the program materials. This gives you time to explore the initial content and determine if our approach aligns with your learning goals.

We understand that circumstances change. If you experience unexpected financial hardship, medical issues, or other significant life events within the first 60 days, we'll work with you to find a solution that might include partial refunds or program transfers.

2 Refund Process Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.

3 Payment Method Guidelines

Refunds are processed using the same method you used for payment. Different payment methods have varying processing times, which are largely outside our control but we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Credit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, though some banks may take up to 2 billing cycles
  • Debit Cards: Processing usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • PayPal: Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: May take 7-14 business days due to banking verification processes

If your original payment method is no longer active (expired card, closed account), we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This might require additional verification for security purposes.

We'll send you email updates at each stage of the refund process, so you're never wondering about the status of your request.

4 Special Circumstances

Life happens, and we recognize that sometimes circumstances beyond your control affect your ability to participate in our programs. We handle these situations with flexibility and understanding.

Medical or Family Emergencies: If you experience a medical emergency, family crisis, or other significant life event, contact us immediately. We often can arrange program deferrals, transfers to future sessions, or partial refunds depending on timing and circumstances.

Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing program materials, we'll provide full refunds or technical solutions. We don't expect you to pay for services you can't access due to our technical difficulties.

Program Changes: If we make significant changes to program content, schedule, or delivery method after your enrollment, you'll have the option to continue with the modified program or receive a full refund.

  • Job loss or unexpected financial hardship consideration
  • Military deployment or relocation accommodation
  • Health issues preventing program participation
  • Significant life events requiring schedule changes

Each situation is unique, so we evaluate special circumstance requests individually. Our goal is finding a fair solution that works for everyone involved.

5 Program Materials and Access

Once a refund is processed, access to all program materials, online platforms, and exclusive resources will be discontinued. This includes any downloaded materials, which should be deleted as they remain intellectual property of Nexaflow Flow.

However, if you've completed a significant portion of the program before requesting a refund, we may allow you to retain certain basic materials as a courtesy, particularly if the refund is due to our inability to deliver services as promised.

Any certificates or credentials earned during your participation will be revoked upon refund processing, as they represent completion of the full program experience.

If you're considering a refund but want to retain access to some foundational materials, discuss this with our team. In certain cases, we can arrange partial refunds that allow you to keep basic resources while refunding the unused portion of your investment.
